Changing your mind? Don't like one or more items?

You have a period of 30 days after receipt of your order to make a return if an item is not suitable (in accordance with the conditions specified in the GCS).

How to proceed?

• - Log in to your customer account and go to "My returns". 
• - Select the order concerned and follow the instructions to generate your return request. 
• - Carefully prepare the item(s) in their original packaging. 
• - Enclose the completed delivery note and send the parcel to the address indicated. 
• Please note: any item returned without a label, stained or washed will not be accepted for return. 

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We advise you to return your order by Colissimo (keep the tracking number).
