1 € = 1 loyalty point

For every euro (including tax) spent on a non-discounted item, you earn 1 loyalty point.

Points are calculated for each eligible purchase line, rounded up to the next whole point.

Example: A non-sale polo shirt priced at €69.95 earns you 70 loyalty points.

Which purchases earn points?

You earn points on:

Items purchased at full price, without a discount.

Non-sale items paid for with a Ruckfield gift card.

You do not earn points on:

Items on sale or on promotion.

Items eligible for a promotional code or a sales discount.

Shipping costs.

Purchasing a Ruckfield gift card.

If your order includes both discounted and non-discounted items, you can earn points only on the full-price items.

600 points = a €60 gift card!

As soon as you reach 600 loyalty points, you'll receive a €60 gift card to use on Ruckfield.com.

How are my points calculated when I use a loyalty coupon?

When you use your €60 loyalty voucher, the amount is applied first to the non-discounted items in your order.

In that case, you'll earn points only on the remaining amount of the non-discounted items, after the coupon has been applied.

Example:

You purchase a non-discounted item for €79.90 and use your €60 loyalty coupon.

Item price: €79.90

Loyalty voucher redeemed: −60 €

Remaining eligible amount: €19.90

Total points: 20 points

If your order contains only discounted items, you will not earn any loyalty points, even if you use your loyalty coupon.

How do I use my gift card?

Once you've earned your reward, your gift card will be sent to you by email. You can also find it in your customer account under "My Gift Cards."

To enjoy it:

Log in to your Ruckfield customer account.

Add your favorite items to your cart.

Enter your code in the "Gift Card Code" field.

Use your gift card on your order!

Your gift certificate can be used only once, before its expiration date.

Can I earn points if I use a promo code?

No. When a promotional code is applied to your order, a discount is applied to each item, including those that were originally full price.

Therefore, no loyalty points are earned on the items in this order.

Do I earn points if I pay with a gift card?

Yes! Non-discounted items purchased with a gift card earn loyalty points.

Do I earn points if I use my €60 loyalty coupon?

Yes, only on the remaining amount of non-discounted items after your loyalty coupon has been applied.
