Returns and Exchanges
You have changed your mind? One article or more doesn’t fit you?
We exchange or refund any article that wouldn’t fit in a 30-day delay from the moment the order has been received (in compliance with the conditions specified in the Terms and conditions).
In order to serve you better, we have set up the following procedure that you will have to respect:
- Contact our customer service by filling in the sheet Contact us specifying :
- Your first and last name
- Your phone number
- Select « Returns / Exchanges » as object
- In the commentary field, indicate:
- If it is a return or an exchange
- Your order number
- The reference
- The size and quantity
- If it is an exchange, the article you want to change yours with
For example :
